with 6 egg whites, 50gs of 90+, and 3/4 pint of semi-skimmed milk, all into the blender, one in the morning, and one before bed.

I have been eating oats with boiled water + 1wallnut for a while - tastes vile! I have to force it down tbh.... Sorry for thread jack, but: 60g for me is more than enough, the nutritional values: Protein: 6.6g Carbs: 36g Fat: 4.8g Fibre: 5.4g Is it worth carrying on eating this? Its high in carbs and the only reason i can see for carrying on is because it leaves me feeling fuller for longer, but the nutrional values aren't 'amazing'. And without i would be getting very little carbs from my eggs. THE_MANN
lilbigman I think they are trying to out-alpha you.

Unless you are cycling carbs then keep carbs in for breakfast.
