I have been eating oats with boiled water + 1wallnut for a while - tastes vile! I have to force it down tbh....

Is it worth carrying on eating this? Its high in carbs and the only reason i can see for carrying on is because it leaves me feeling fuller for longer, but the nutrional values aren't 'amazing'. And without i would be getting very little carbs from my eggs.
I think they are trying to out-alpha you.
