Re windows 2003

Hey guys, I can't find this info on the web and I'm wondering if anyone here can help. I'm trying to put a slide show together at work and i need to use music on it. I can't check if it's working properly because i can't disable the internal speakers when my headphones are connected. The computer is a hp compaq. I would appreciate any help with this

Your post isn't very clear, what is it you need help with? Creating the presentation or disabling the speakers?

You say Windows 2003, I'm presuming that's Windows Server 2003?

What presentation software are you using? Office? If so what version?
