Re-Feed Questions

1. Do you need to eat to at least maintenance?
2. If you do extra work to compensate the extra calories is that defeating the role of the re-feed?

    the exact reason people should either:

    1 - read in depth and try these things

    or

    2 - stick to the basics

    a re feed alters so significantly from diet to diet, person to person, food choice to food choice, time to time

    both your questions above can be argued yes and no

    BS baffles brains if the bottom line
