Re-Heating Bolognaise

I have decided it might be better to make one batch of bolognaise and then refridgerate it and then reheat it.

So what is the best/safest way to do so.

I was thinking:

Cook the mince and the sauce and the veg.
Divide into portions.
Stick into an air tight container.
Refrigerate.
Reheat in Microwave.

So should I let it cool down before putting it in the containers?
What heat should I reheat it on?
Portion size will be 166g of beef mince and all the other stuff.

Thanks.

Portion it out into containers and wait for it to cool to room temop before sticking it in the fridge or the freezer ideally for longer storage. As for reheating do it on the microwaves highest setting until the food is piping hot, also watdchout if your containers are plastic as spag bol may stain them so best to put the food on a plate before reheating to avoid staining your containers

There's no need to put it in seperate containers.
I just make a bucket load of it (10 portions or so), leave this in the fridge and then help out a portion on to some freshly made spaghetti. Stick this in the microwave for a few minutes.

Should I seal the container before it cools down or wait for it to cool down then seal it?

I might divide it up so I can freeze it, might be easier to defrost.

    Thanks guys.

let it cool down before sealing it, helps it to cool down quicker.
