Really thirsty & feeling sick

I must of eat something cr@p yesterday as i can't stop being sick today.
Everytime i drink i throw it back up. I'm soooo thirsty its untrue and i really need to drink now! Any ideas?

Wasn't sure if general / diet & nutrition? Move of required. Thanks.

    Take small sips of water mate - if you really can't manage this then try some sips of an isotonic drink - but only sips. These drinks are concentrated to a level to maximise gastric emptying, so some may get through

    If you carry on like this until tomorrow, go the the doctors as you'll need IV fluids in a hospital
