Recent Pics 2 weeks out!!!

Hi ppl,
Just thought id post up a few pics of me two weeks out before my next fight at 77kg. Currently 79kg with two weeks to go. As a few might remember, Rightyho preps me for my fight and he has done an awesome job and am soo greatful for all his help throughout my prep and also while im not prepping for a fight as he helps me gain strength while keeping my weight under check.

    My last fight which was my first at welterweight, i came in at 75kg so was underweight so didnt have to cut any water at all. Carbed up throughout the day after my weigh-in and never felt stronger in all my life. I Dont know how he managed it, but keith literally turned me into a machine the night of the fight.
    I have this fight on the 9th of april and then fighting my pro debut a week later on the 17th but at a lower weight of 74kg.
    The plan is to drop water before the weigh-in on the saturday morning and then carb-load and  rehydrate before the fight on the sunday night! At the moment, im just leaving it up to rightyho as he has been a star tbh.

    For his upcoming pro debut, we'll be pulling some fluid and glycogen out of the muscle by curtailing carbs in the lead up.
    There'll be a little water manipulation, too via hyper-hydrating then reducing (but not stopping).
     
    slimbops - you make progress every time I see fresh pics. Simply outstanding mate. And all - for those who want to know - 100% naturally. You're one of those rare people who sticks to what they're asked to do - and it's paying off big time for you.
     
    As ever, I won't be on this board much during April, so email me on the 10th April with your waking weight and we'll devise the plan to get you in at under 74kg for your weigh-in. I'll aim to get your plan to you by the evening of the 10th.
     
    In the meantime, make sure you get a pack of 500mg or 1g vitamin c tablets - preferably dissolvable.
     
    You look fantastic buddy - the other bloke is going to sh1t himself, especially when you've been recarbed.

    Ill be honest, ive been religiously strict with diet and training for the past 6/7 years. Its cost me dearly when it comes to friends, relationships but i wouldnt have it any other way.
    Its cost me dearly and thats why Im going all the way with my MMA. You WILL see me fighting on the big shows in the near future and my name will be up there with the best in the U.K for sure.
     
    righty- All i can say is a huge thank you mate as i know you have a lot on your plate yet are willing to give me a hand.  I follow everything you say to a T and it pays off big time and i owe you BIG time. I will grab the vitamin C tomorrow and make a note of the tenth in my phone to message you mate. Will get this fight on video as well so you can see the guys face when he first sees me and also after i put him asleep.
     
    Everything ok with you mate? Havent seen you on here for a while..

    So your planning on competing again then? Any recent photos? hows the training and your diet looking these days?

    Looking very well indeed mate! What sort of level will you have to reach before the weigh ins become 24hrs? I guess thats when the 'fun' really begins in terms of cutting weight.

    No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

    fighting semi-pro at the moment so weigh-in is on the morning of the fight roughly 8 hours before fighting but on the 17th i will be weighing in on saturday morning and then fighting sunday night so thats when the real fun begins!!

    Do you know what the plan is for that then mate? I've heard all sorts of crazy numbers for 24hr weigh ins.
     
    I have lost about 3k through dehydration for strongman comps and this year I think I might need to get nearer 5k. I will only get about 1-2 hours before lifting after weigh in for this mind you.
