Recommend me a Routine Please

Been training hard for around 3 months now and im getting really bored with my routine, a 4 day upper/lower split but its the only kind of routine ive ever had so im a little nervous about going onto another type, so can somebody smack me one and tell me a new routine which i will blindly obey and use??? atleast until i get a spine of my own.

PS prolly general isnt the right place for this but i need some quick responses because going to the gym today so anything will help

    1) I dont believe you've looked at every single routine in there
    2) Every concievable type of routine is in those two links, if you have seen every single routine in both links, and dont like any of them, then there's no point in training, as every variation of routine is in there.

Probably a better question would be to ask which ones people have done and would recommend out of the list there?

Top 3 routines out of the list there then everyone?
