Recommend me a Routine Please
Been training hard for around 3 months now and im getting really bored with my routine, a 4 day upper/lower split but its the only kind of routine ive ever had so im a little nervous about going onto another type, so can somebody smack me one and tell me a new routine which i will blindly obey and use??? atleast until i get a spine of my own.
PS prolly general isnt the right place for this but i need some quick responses because going to the gym today so anything will help
