Losing 5% bodyfat, and gaining enough muscle to get up to 90kg from 83kg.... which would be more than just 7kg of muscle, is a challenge that IMO is not suitable to 1 cycle alone.
I would look to using this cycle to put on some quality mass, and maybe leaning up slightly.
stanodrol or pstanz for 5 weeks (to help with leaning)
and introduce SD for 3 weeks before PCT
cycle support: assist, support, or n2guard
PCT: serm for 4 weeks
test booster: bioforge, testforce2 or hcgenerate
eat very clean, but increase total intake with the aim of putting on as much muscle as possible, whilst minimising fat gain... or possible losing some fat. Then a few weeks after PCT, you could start cutting with the help of fat burners
but thats just my idea.
