Recommended Reading !

At the moments its only about Â£7ish on amazon, which is a bargin for a book soooo informative to incredible detail.
This is a must for anyone concerned with how their diet should be, if your looking to loose fat, or gain muscle or both.
This is a pure nutrition book only, so your not going to find any workout routines in here, but thats ok because there's plenty on this board
He only plugs his companies products in one part about extra supplements, so thats another good thing.
The only thing that did concern me was this book is aimed at some serious bodybuilders, me being only at the start of a lifelong commitment with a fair ammount of bodyfat, I was kind of worried... However its just pure sensible eating fully explained and aimed at anyone who cares about their body. He also informs you about the affects of things like low carb diets, which im sure some of us here have tried and realised how stupid it was.
Anyway - 10/10
