When people say that recovery is difficult what does this actually entail? Depression? Impotence?
I have never had blood work done pre cycle (silly me I know) and so I have no measurable yardstick of how my recovery is going to be going, but when I come off I will have been on for around 20 weeks give or take a couple of weeks
I realise that recovery is going to be hard from this (or probably will be from what I have read) so what have I go to look forward to and is there anything I should do to help myself recover?

    give or take lol

Recovery for me meant having a hard time motivating myself at the gym. Some depression. Restlessness.

The biggest things that most people face when coming off is just frusteration at not being able to make gains. It can mess with your head if you let it. The combination of that with the changing of your hormones is what I believe leads people into depression. It is also what will get people to jump right back onto cycle.

Some people experience impotence. If you are doing a correct pct, that shouldn't be too much of a problem. Also, if I experience any of the sides, such as acne, it is usually right after I come off.
