Why use PH if on TRT?

What dose of T are you on?

    Nope.

    You could try a SARM.

No, if your RBC is high, then PHs are a very risky option. I would advise against.

Is it bad because the RBC is making your blood too thick to pass through blood vessels - blockage/pressure?

The TRT will be raising your RBC . Unavoidable.
As above any Exogenous Testosterone  will have this effect.
Is your Doctor monitoring your bloods?
unfortunately blood pressure lowering drugs will also raise RBC.
I have this issue myself, although I am self administering Exogenous Test.

Yes doc monitoring bloods , it was ok but I did a 4 week dbol cycle , even tho I finished cycle four weeks before  the blood test my levels were obviously raised too much . Im donating blood tomorrow so that will hopefully bring it down . Going on holiday in May so really wanted to do a six week cycle but I guess its just not worth the risk ? Thanks for the reply's :)

Too many red blood cells makes the blood thicker so a risk of clotting etc my hemoglobin level was 185 , my endo said it should be between 130 and 170 , although some countries seem to have a higher level , Australias top figure is 185 .
