Reducing size of a specific muscle?

Hi everyone. Strange question I know but what is the best way to reduce the size of a specific muscle?

I feel my chest is too developed in relation to the rest of my body. I am happy with my overall size and condition so rather than increase the size of my arms, back, shoulders etc. I would rather lose some mass from my chest.

Is it a case of just reducing the weight, training chest less frequently or a combination of both?

Thanks

IMO keep training as normal, unless you have a 52" chest and 15" arms its not going to be that big of a deal.

    How big are you?

How long have you been training?

Im a model. After years of following a bodybuilders diet/training routine I have decided I would prefer a smaller leaner physique to potentially acquire more work.

Thanks for the replies, I think ill train it less frequently with lighter weights. See what happens but I suspect spot reducing muscle is harder than it seems!

just a thought, but training less frequently with less weight, whilst keeping the rest of your training the same, without changing your diet, isn't that gonna cause a slight imbalance there somewhere else?
