Reflex Nutrition: MicroWhey vs InstantWhey?

And they also have the third type of whey too. Which is better? Which is purer in terms of less lactose?

Thanks

Mircro Whey is an Isolate, very low in lactose fat and is naturally more expensive. Instant Whey is still very high quality and is one of the only whey blends that actually meets its label claims of protein percentage. It has slightly more carbs and fat but in the grand scheme is still low.

Taking into account value for money, Instant Whey is the better option. If you have some allergies or very anal about carbs and fat then MicroWhey is a good option.

For the majority of trainers instant whey will

    do the job...

I'm using it at the moment and it's one of the best I have used over

    the years IMO

Well I've got Instant whey in strawberry flavour and I must say that it is delicious and is absorbed, well, instantly. I really like it, don't know whether I am ever going to switch.
