Decent set of traps there Reg.

Your 1RM bench is huge compared to deadlift.

    Cheers

Yeh I know, im not a fan of deadlifting it used to give me killer doms which would effect my rugby coz I used to play prop.

Haven't done them for a year or so now, have been sticking with tbar or yates rows as my main compund for back.

    Day 2

No training had a 12 hour shift in work.  Back tommorow!

    Diet:
    1. 50g pro shake, 4 weetabix, yoghurt
    2. pasta, turkey breast, few slices of ham, apple
    3. 50g pro shake, musie bar, orange
    4. as (2)
    5. leftovers of pasta/turkey + pint of milk
    6. bit of lasagne, bowl of sugar puffs
    7. pre bed- 50g pro shake

Loving the food at the mo!

    Other:
Some spots appearing on chest - nothing major ... could be SD related I guess.
Feeling good at the moment! Could be the increased food though.

    Day 3

    Diet:
    1. 5 eggs (2yolk), 3 slices brown bread, yoghurt.
    2. 50g ham, tin tuna, large potatoe
    3. 170g chicken, sweet + sour source, wholemeal roll
    4. 75g pork, 2 slices brown bread, pint semi-skimmed milk
    5. pro shake, some peanut butter

    Training:
    back

    WG chins
    bw+5kg x8x8x8

    Lat pulldown
    70kg x8
    74kgx8
    77kgx7

    TBar tow
    100kgx8
    105kgx8x8

    Incline double db rows
    37.5kgx8x8x8

    Machine rows
    70kgx10
    72kgx8x8

GOOD session, felt quite strong throughout.  Back felt quite good after, little pumped nothing major though.

    Other:
Left nipple feeling weird -- not itchy just strange.  Think I might be paranoid though because I already have puffy nipples and am just worried about gyno! Will leave it for a bit; see what happens.

Depends on work and if I train.

I do long shifts so take 2 meals and have another shake meal.  I will have a PWO shake and then have one just before bed with my cycle insurance

Yeh all the same flavour -- myprotein smooth choc

No deadlifts on the back workout? Or do you do them on leg day?

I guess it's normal to be paraniod about the gyno mate... I keep checking mine.
In a way, I wish I didnt hear all the gyno stories
