Hello every one, I have been having a few problems with my training.
I have started a new routine which involves back training at the start of the week, and its been going very well however 2 days later on, on 2 different occasions i found that when i did my chest, my overall performance was lacking and i found that on very light weights i could not control the weight efficiently. This is concerning me because i want more mass on my chest. I realise that when doing my lats it tends to have strain on my forearms as well as obviously the biceps. So i am wondering if i should change my days so i am doing (the bellow)
and i wanted to know if this affects any one else other than me. I am aware i do tend to over train but i notice my back has had major improvments in the width of it.
I am wondering if it may be beneficial to get a good repair supploment and keep the routine the same or simply just split the days up because they are obviously 2 majer muscles and i think my body cant handle them as much.
My other concern is that my shoulders especaily my rear deltoids would have been worn out by some of the Back exercises i do so im in one of those situations where i just dont know what to do, should i split them up completley and do this?
Please give me some thaughts as i am really frustrated. Kind regards Dale.
