I dabbled in AAS years ago (5 in fact) and grew like a weed on a sust 500/week course.
I stopped after that due to martial arts commitments, took up bodybuilding again after and getting to a quite respectable level natty before embarking in MMA.
Quit MMA and restarted bodybuilding as i missed it badly atfer 9 months and seeing my gains taper away.
I'm aiming to get back to my old stats before looking at AAS but want to put the book work in before hand.
I'll probably be looking to go back on a sust 500/week course as i know its like fertiliser for me, is there any need to front load or assist with dbol for the first few weeks until the sust kicks in?
stick with one compound?
Any risks by going on for longer?
I'm am dead set on getting on stage either late 2009 or early 2010, i'm 100% driven in everything i do so i'm open to all and any info.
