Paused Split Squat:
3x8x62kg each leg - 3 sec bottom pause
 
Paused Pull Ups:
3x8x16kg - 3 sec bottom pause
 
Dips:
3x8x32kg - 3 sec top pause
 
KB Deadlift / Burpees / Mountain Climbers:
10x (10 / 10 / 50)
 
Some decline rows & med ball push ups to finish off.
 
By the time I got to the gym I'd been up since 4am, spent 5 hours driving, had a soul destroying day at work & my neck was still really sore so just glad I went!

Still sounds tough - I normally do 10x10 , fair play to you

Today was the culmination of 2 weeks of 4:30am starts & some long drives; doesn't seem to have affected conditioning sessions but strength has certainly suffered.
