Thursday:
 
Tabata KB Swings (32kg):
20 secs on / 10 secs off - 10 mins
 
(was supposed to be another day off but got home early from day out & was triggered by having to watch obese diabetic relatives shovelling down piles of terrible food)
 
 
Friday:
 
Wide Grip Neutral Chins:
3x10 - 5 sec bottom hold + 5 sec top hold
 
Ring Dips wTO:

Had to go to gym at 5pm so mega busy & wasn't in the mood; plus tore my wrist on 1st MU set so couldn't do much.  Elbows still tender so did lots of band stuff to warm up & down.

Back feeling better today until I somehow slipped on 1st set of squats & it then hurt like hell.  Chins were brutal too; wide underhand grip is always nasty.
