To be honest its a stupid question, its like asking how long is a piece of string. I only eat out as a treat so it dont matter with the macros or cals, but I'm sure it would be all over the place if I ate out all the time as it would depend on goals and what I had already eaten that day/week or the diet I was following, also what happens if I was poor or rich? Surely everywhere sells edible food in the uk, so everywhere is suitable!!

I don't know if anyone has said it but "The Burger Joint" is a chain, a few here in Bristol.

Lots of selection on the menu for the meat, Kangaroo for instance is very low in fat and high in protein as is Boar. Sweet potato fries, salad, guacamole, eggs, sun dried tomatoes....

The actual sweet potato fries aren't even fries, they are massive wedges of cooked sweet potato, certainly not fried either...win!

tbh i'd prefer the likes of nandos, mcdonalds and kfc if i'm going to eat out over 'health specific' restaurants.
get a decent amount of protein in many of their products, it's not clean eating, so far more psychologically satisfying and more importantly they all give a complete breakdown of macros on their menus/website, so if you are iifym adherent like me, no need to panic about not 'clean eating'.. just make sure you don't blow your daily budget and ensure you're still getting a decent amount of fibre and vitamins.

Anything Greek or Turkish is pretty decent for lifting - loads of meat (Lamb/Chicken) generally served with salads.

I think you can make it work at most restaurants. Just need to be a bit restrictive - in avoid too many side dishes or desserts!
