Resting axle on belt.

Had a brief "play" with a thick bar today. Tried the "resting on belt" way of cleaning it, and it seemed really easy! Don't know the exact weight I used, but it was between 100Kg and 110Kg.

not sure how you properly clean axle from belt, all youtube videos arent clear on technique? is this right:
    1- bend knees
2- drive up and shrug bar
3- then squat down and place bar onto chest, keeping bar close to body as possible

Your usually not allowed to rest the axle on your belt, it needs to be your stomach then just pop it up and rotate elbows down to get it upto your shoulders.
