I dont think many people hee have used DC training. Go ask at the DC board.............although the outcome maybe a bit biased.

I've been following the DC programme for about 6 weeks and it's working very well. I know a few guys on MT are actually coached by the guy behind it all, but I've instead been studying past posts from the DC forum and the theories behind it

It's drastically different to anything I had done before and that's why I'm enjoying it so much. You're basically just setting yourself to do one all-out set for some muscle-groups rather than say 3 sets of 8 reps, etc. Workouts become much more interesting and you're pushing your body to new limits. Take for example the quad exercises you do. E.g. if you're doing squats one week, after warming up it's 1 initial heavy set of 6-8 reps then the 20 rep 'widowmaker' (!!). It feels like hell at the end but there's such a sense of accomplishment when you do it and it's really shocked my muscles into new growth.

Of course the programme is going to have different results for people and it may not work for many. There are a lot of different rep-ranges and techniques to master so you need to do your homework! By no means am I an expert on the training principles but I'm making great strength and mass progress ( Gained around 7lb of lean muscle during this time limiting BF%).

Yah, its also worth saying that other peoples results will obviously not be the same or even necessarily similiar to yours. You have to just try it and see how it works.
