Returning after injury
Coming back from a elbow tendon and tricep tear, lower part.
Physio has told me I can lift weights again in two weeks. Planning on a bench programme similar to this
Bar 3 sets 10 reps
45kg 3 sets 10 reps
Bar 2 sets 10 reps
60kg 4 sets 10 reps
bar 2 sets 10 reps
75kg 4 sets 10 reps
Then increasing 10/15 kg's per week all being well. My previous heaviest was 150kg for 3, 162 for 1 max.
Any comments/advice/ critiques welcome.
