Returning to training after 4 years. Supplement reccs?

As the title says had a lazy 4 years after getting married at 25, gonna be starting training again later today, and looking for supplements to help me get back to full strength a little quicker.

I've tried at times in the past four years to start again, but find I achieve gains easily at first, but within a month or so, get to a barrier point, and stop.

I've used cyclone in the past with some success, but find being someone that struggles to eat more than a moderate amount, it makes me too 'full'.
So I'm looking for an effective lean muscle supplement that doesn't involve monstrous shakes, as well as maybe a pre-workout booster?

Thanks for any help.

Sort your diet before looking into buying supps.  I'd say the only supp a beginner should need is Whey Protein Concentrate - just get a reputable one you can stomach and take it as and when required.

Is there no alternative? As on occasion powders/shakes have made me sick as a dog.

    Thanks for the reply.

unfortunately there is no effective lean muscle supplement....use protein shakes sparingly and eat whole food the rest of the time. The reason protein shakes worth are because they are essentially food.

So unless you are eating enough quality food then pills won't do much at all mate.
