I sometimes feel a little light headed when really pushing it on a workout. Does this mean I have not consumed enough food prior to workout?

If you see from my diet above, how soon after say eating breakfast should I be working out? Plus, do I have the right foods in my breakfast to fuel a workout?

Also, what can I replace my chicken meals with? Is sirloin steak acceptable? I'd also like to have pasta (wholemeal) with 1x Chicken Fillet, is a carbonara sauce ok do you think to have with the pasta?

    Sorry for all the questions!

you have no carbs before weights - you need this

Your first meal is poor, but your breakfast (after training ) is ok

Also, what can I replace my chicken meals with? Is sirloin steak acceptable? I'd also like to have pasta (wholemeal) with 1x Chicken Fillet, is a carbonara sauce ok do you think to have with the pasta?

These are all fine - check out the recipes forum for ideas!

eat some carbs before you workout, even if its just two slices of wholemeal,
also you should probably add some protein in your breakfast and 8.00pm meals.

with regards to replacing chicken, theres plenty of options tuna, eggs , any lean meats turkey, beef etc. Steaks diffinately a good option, though can get quite expensive!

    Thanks for the replies.

What could I add into the diet for protein at those times, any suggestions?

Is the diet I posted quite "clean", as I am trying to lean bulk at the minute.
