    no, but when combined with peanut butter the GI is lowered somewhat and they become a quality all round snack

    noooooooooooooo, i meant are they good for cutting?!!! They have the same cals as r cakes (28cals) but are wholegrain/rye etc...................I just had 3 with tuna and tomatoes!

    cals in vs cals out at the end of the day
    whole diet, but if they work for you, then use them
