Laziness, lack of motivation, lack of sleep due to baby teething, lack of time due to new business, lack of wanting to give up nice food and worried because I had stopped steroids that I would train and just look ****.

But now my head is together

    hi mate

Its good to see that you've got back it training !

I seen your pics that you posted before and you were doing quite well !

Mate, get your diet and traing nailed - stick at it consistently and then introduce the riods in about 5 or 6 months time and youll look awesome.

    God luck pal

Ps Youve got a beautiful wife and kid

Thanks mate, its the commets that really inspire me to keep at it.

I have been very strict this while time, pretty much same stuff day in day out.

hmm cheat meals, in the whole 6 weeks ive had 1 big mac meal in the1st 2 weeks, had a mates stag do so had a few protein bars and a few beers and a whopper at night.
and today i had 2 big cookies and a cup of tea.

Thats all the cheats ive had in 6 weeks.

Maybe in being to strict i dunno, but im happpy with my results so when i see it i think i dont want to cheat any way.
