can take a low dose of Adex, half a tab EOD or E3Ds and see if they itchy nip goes away. If not increase dose to a full tab.

do not run/take Nolva if you have gyno when on tren, nolva will only increase it! If you get lumps while running tren in your cycle you need Letro. Nolva will make it worse.

Can't see how a Serm can increase Tren induced 'Gyno' seeing as 19nor's act like Progesterone and Progesterone is responsible for the producing milk ducts in the breast so any sides relating Progesterone/Prolactin are usually puffy nipples and lactation and not the production of breast tissue, Oestrogen has that responsibility. I agree that an AI or suicide inhibitor is the first port of call as Progesterone has a field day when Oestrogen is also raised, managing Oestrogen will have a marked effect on Progesterone (he's running Test along side Tren and Mast is not that strong an AI)) but we all respond differently to hormones if you still having problems once your Oestrogen is under control it might be wise to run caber as well as this will reduce Prolactin.
The only sure fire way to see what's going on is have a full hormone level test tbh as it's all very complicated how all these hormones reacted together in the body.

Twice a week is 7 days. EOD x2 = 6 days. You ll feel like crap in that 7th day

Thanks for replies fellas.

My nipples aren’t lumpy they are just itchy and sensitive. I’ve gone from having tiny nipples to proper blokes ones with a constant nipple on.

I am currently taking Armstrozle 1mg 1 a day for last 6 days or so and not much change.

Read up on Tren and apparently in can effect asthma sufferers so perhaps that’s why I’m feeling bit lethargic.

Put about 4kg on in the 2 and half weeks been on but not sure where it’s gone on as can’t say I look much different.

Trenbolone reduces cardio vascular function in many individuals; lethargy is a common side effect with Tren.

I would continue with the Anastrozole, give it another week.

Ignorance: Reassuringly Expensive.

What mg should the anastrozle be mate? Stuff im taking is 1mg. Nipples still feel puffy although it’s certainly not too noticeable.

Sounds more like Progesterone related sides tbh, no hard lump? if so then an AI isn't going to do a lot, the only way to be sure is by getting bloods done.

No hard lump mate just nipples bit puffy and have a constant nipple on. I’ve read up on progesterone but it seems that a symptom is lack of sex drive but mines gone through roof since taking these rip blends.
Looking in mirror my nipples look like normal blokes ones where as before I started cycle I had tiny nipples.
They don’t feel as tender or sore since started armstrozle mind. Is this sort of thing likely to go away itself once cycle stops or can it become a long term issue?

It's all a tad more complicated than that mate, none of these things are as simple as black and white, we all respond differently and recover at different rates....

Thanks for that mate.
Might be worth getting some bloods done and see what that brings up.
