Ro Cho Query

on the no carb days im a little confused, does this mean no starchy carbs or no carbs what so ever inc fibrous ones as there is always carbs wherever i look even with spinach, peanuts etc. Also the carb requirements for the high and medium days are these carbs that need to be from starchy sources or is it a mix of starchy and fibrous?

you will rarely have a day devoid of carbs

    chicken has carbs
    fibrous veg
    whey

    etc etc

just look at keeping it to the figure you wish

the foods above yield very small amounts PER serving

just play about with intake and requirements
