Road to Mr Olympia...lol
Been training a year now....currently 12 stone, was massively overtraining by going to failure on every set before....now i stop 1 short meaning if i dont think i can complete the next rep, i wont attempt it.
Diet will be 3000 cals, on a bulker even tho bit of flab around gut, but arms are very skinny

Incline DB Press
Close Grip Bench
Fairly decent....hope to complete flat bench 3x8 and flyes 3x8 and incline DB 3x7 on all sets...close grip complete 3x8.
Were the reps the right method....like on incline DB i got 7 reps on first set but only got 6 on 2nd and barely got 6 on 3rd, thought i was going to fail but i got there after bout 20 seconds loll
