Roaming tendon issues.

I am finding myself with tendon issues. First was the right wrist. Then both patellar tendons in my knees. Now my left elbow the medial epicondyle to be specific. When I am doing triceps my elbow has pain that feels like tearing down into the forearm. I have backed off some weight to not injure myself. I have never had issues until about a 9mths ago starting with the wrist. What the hell is going on? What can I do to get back to normal training? Frustrated!

Strength has increased and muscles have become tight putting additional stress through tendons. Recovery does not match the stress and so they begin to defenerate.

How much stretching and rolling are you doing?

Does your wrist hurt doing straight bar curls? If so I made a video a while back on how to fix that.

My wrist nags me all the time really ramps up after curls. The left elbow hurts during tricep push downs.
