Rotating sets/reps weekly

Thinking of rotating between 3x6 and 3x10 each week but keeping the same exercises, any one done this previously?

    wouldn't bother with weekly, monthly makes more sense if you're trying to alternate between hypertrophy and mass. It won't do you any harm alternating weekly, but I can't see what it would achieve that doing sets of 8 every week wouldn't.

    Current training: 6-day split
    Current cycle: Test E @ 500mg per week

    Current stats:
    Height : 192cm
    Weight : 272lbs
    Body Fat : 15.4%
