Rotator Cuff Exercises

Looking to add some rotator cuff exercises to my dynamic bench day.

1. What are some good exercises
2. How do I do em (links would be nice )
3. What set/rep schemes should one use

Cheers,
DMPM

Haha, I wish. That's my 1RM. I'm doing 3x3 (progressively heavier) then 4 prog. heavier singles - so I'm sure my 1RM is actually higher than that. Last workout was:

    60x5, 70x5, 82.5x3, 92.5x3, 102.5x3, 107.5x1, 112.5x1, 117.5x1, 122.5x1
