Routine & Bodyclock

Hey.

At the moment my bodyclock is all over the place, and I am currently working nights. So, I usually end up getting up at about 6pm, and getting to bed about 9am.

I still do my best to workout/exercise and eat the correct diet, although I do it at different times of the day to most people.

How badly, if at all, will this affect my bulking?

I've never had a problem when working nights, if any thing I do better when on nights, as I get out of bed and go straight to the gym and can push myself more than if I'd worked all day then gone to the gym.

I work 7 nights 7 off, 7 days 7off, so my sleeping paterns will be even worse, but I dont think it effects me. The only problem I do have is trying to consume 3500+ quality calories at 3 in the morning, when the only food I can get hold of is conveniance meals from 24 hour super markets.
