Routine Help Needed

Hello all

I'm 6ft4 and only weight 14 and a half stone, i've looked on the site to get the info needed on the dieting(6 meals a day etc..) however when it comes to a routine i'm lost. All i want is to gain bulk. Can you give a 3 day a week routine aimed at developing legs, chest, shoulders and arms

    Check out the "Sticky" in this forum, should give you a very good starting point.
