Routine Opinions - 4 Day Split

All,

I've drawn up the following 4 day split, with the intention of bulking up.

The routine is as follows:

Tuesday
Bench Press 6 x 12
Incline dumbell press 4 x 10
Dumbell flyes 3 x 8
Dips (triceps) 4 x 8
Seated Dumbbell Press 3 x 10
Dumbell lateral raise 3 x 10
Skull Crushers 3 x 10

Thursday
Wide-grip pull-up 4 x 6
Medium-grip pull-up 4 x 6
Narrow-grip pull-up 4 x 6
Barbell Row 4 x 6
Deadlift 4 x 6
Hammer Curl 3 x 10

Friday
Seated Dumbbell Press 3 x 10
Dumbell lateral raise 3 x 10
Upright Rows 4 x 6
Dumbbell Shrug 4 x 6

Sunday
Squats 4 x 6
Leg Raises 4 x 6
Lunges 4 x 6
Calf Raises - To Failure

How does that look?  Is there anything i should change around?

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt

You're working shoulders twice?..On Tuesday and Friday?

I think you're doing more pull up options than you really need....Wide,medium,and narrow are all still pull up movements....I'd just pick one..

When you say leg raises on Sunday, are you refering to abdominal leg raises or leg extensions?

Sorry, ignore the extra Seated Dumbell Press on the Tuesday.  That shouldnt be there.

When i say Leg Raises, I mean extensions.
