Routine, Opinions

Found this routine in the members section above, originally by wiffers and i like the looks of it, just wanting some opinions and feedback from others, or anybody whos tried this routine or similar

Mon - Quads/Hams

squats 3x6
leg press 3x6
ham curls 3x6 (could do sldl)

Tue - Chest/Triceps

wg bench 3x6
weighted chest dips 3x6
cg smith bench 3x6 (could do skulls, but they hurt my wrist)

Wed - Calves/Abs

calf raises 3x20
weighted Hyperextensions
weighted hanging leg raises 3x10

Thu - Shoulder/Traps
deads 3x6
seated barbell press 3x6 (could do military press)
Upright row 3x6

Fri - Back/Biceps
weighted wide grip pull ups 3x6
bent over rows 3x6 (could do t-bar rows)
preacher curls 3x6 (any curls will do, just make strict)

thinking about changing the rep scheme and possibly doing more ab work, as i tend to grow faster with 8-12 reps and havent really consistently trained abs for a while

    Hi mate

    Mostly like it but...

    - I don't understand deads on shoulder day, add these to your back workout.

    - I wouldn't have a specific day for calves and abs, add these to other days and take a break on a Wednesday. A lot of people would do calves on leg day but I'm always out for the count after quads and hams so do them after shoulders.

    - Done properly I'd do SLDL's over leg curls any day

    Reps - whatever works best for you, I like to switch it about a bit.

    So....

    Mon - Quads/Hams
    squats 3x6

    sldl 3x6

    wg bench 3x6
