Routine for parents ?
My parents are both in their 50's and would like to do some sort of 'toning' ?
Neither of them do any exercise at the minute and they both have quite demanding jobs which are becomming more difficult to do ( the lifting involved etc..)
They asked me but I only lift heavy for strength and have no idea in which direction to point them ?
I suggested joining a gym and using some of the machines but due to embarrassment they would prefer to purchase some weights and workout at home
Any ideas at all would be much appreciated ? ?
