Routine help

Can anyone check out my routine and see what you think.

DAY 1
Back and biceps.

deadlifts 3x10
Bent over barbell rows 3x10

bicep ez bar curls 3x10
standing dumbell curls 3x10


DAY 2
Chest and triceps

Flat bench press 3x10
incline dumbell press 3x10

close grip bench press 3x10
skull crushers 3x10


DAY 3
Shoulders and legs

Squats 5x5
stiff leg deadlifts 3x10

Military press 3x10
dumbell shoulder press 3x10


I would appreciate your help to improve this as im sure it needs it.

    looks like a good mass builder mate, asuming the workout split is mon/wed/fri/ or something similar. must add though that to get past a sticking point with my legs i did heavy and light(er) for squats. 2 week heavy /2 week light(er)(12-15) kept the weight fairly heavy but rep paused to get to 15.

    Wide pullups 3x5-8

    standing dumbell curls 3x5-8


    DAY 2 Chest and triceps

    Dips 3x5-8
    Flyes 3x5-8

    skull crushers 3x5-8


    DAY 3 Shoulders and legs

    Squats 5x5
    stiff leg deadlifts 3x5-8

    Military press 3x5-8

    yes i prefer raptors but for me would just change skulls to close grip bench

    you can move bigger weights for a start, and there is less stress on shoulders- i belive, and you don't risk crushing your skull, always a plus.

    as said above low reps with skulls can be dangerous, close grip bench imo is better and less dangerous
