Routine help please - Bad knees
Looking for a little advice, I am getting back into a bit of lifting (rather then intermittent with no real plan) so am drawing up a simple routine, with quite a few compound exercises to help with overall strength, over 2 or 3 days to get things going.
One of my main goals is to strengthen my legs, they are very week due to arthritic knees, which is a bit of a catch 22 situation!
Does anyone have any suggestions on exercises I should look at or avoid which will help strengthen my legs without putting my knees through too much?
Any advice/guidance would be appreciated.
