Routine

Monday - Back/Bi’s.
Stretching then, 10 min warm up on running machine.
20 Press ups to loosen up and get the blood pumping to the muscles.
Deadlifts
Barbell Bent Rows
Wide Grip Chins
Close Grip Chins
Barbell Curls
All exercises 4*6.

Tuesday: Cardio day - consists of different things each week to mix things up, rowing machine, heavy bag, skipping rope, running machine or pound the streets, bike.

Wednesday - Chest/Tri’s
Stretching then, 10 min warm up on running machine.
20 Press ups to loosen up and get the blood pumping to the muscles.
Inclined Dumbell Bench Press
Dips
Flat Flyes
Close Grip Bench Press
Skullcrushers
All exercises 4*6.

Thursday: Sit ups
Weighted Roman Chair Sit ups
Weighted Hanging knee Raises
Seated Twists
All exercises 4*10

Friday - Legs/Delts
Stretching then, 10 min warm up on running machine.
20 Press ups to loosen up and get the blood pumping to the muscles.
Back Squats
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Calf Raises 4*8
All exercises 4*6.

I like to change my routine every 10-12 weeks.

Saturday: Cardio day - Something similar to Tuesday.

Sunday: Rest.

    mate, same split as me but thats where the similarity ends.
    maybee like your good self i should have started training at an earlier age to make use of surging test levels. instead i started at 30. still not bad shape for me age.

    Thanks for sharing that with us. Has similarity's to Frankie_NY's first mass building programme, but with more volume.

    How long have you been on this routine?

    When you change things around every 10-12 weeks does the core of it remain the same with the same rep range (flat bb bench for inclined db bench for e.g) ??
