Re:Routine needed for cut??
During my bulking ive been using a 4 day split and to be honest hasnt been very successful, i put it down to not enough calories (carbs) and training which i havent changed that much in the last year. Have been looking around and thought about trying TonyStarks long turn training cycle. Seems pretty hardcore but wasnt sure if this is sensible on a calorie deficit?? Or to save it for my next bulk after summer??
