Routine on juice.

This isn't for me, lets get that straight first. But would this routine be acceptable on juice.

Monday- Legs
5x5 Squats
5x5 SLDL
AB work

Tuesday- Biceps
3x8 Standing DB curls
3x8 Concentration curls
3x8 Hammer curls

Wensday- Push
5x5 Bench press
5x5 Standing military press
5x5 Dips

Thursday- Ab work

Friday- Pull
5x5 Deadlifts
5x5 Chin ups
5x5 Bent over rows

Saturday- Tris
3x8 Skullcrushers
3x8 Close grip bench
3x8 Kickbacks

Sunday- REST

Everything is worked once a week except bis and tris get a secondary direct workout. Abs are also worked twice a week. Would this be effective on juice providing the person doing it was eating properly?

    IMO doing 5x5 three times in one workout is to much, 12 sets is more than enough for any muscle. What's the cycle?

    Why not add your biceps to back day and add triceps to shoulders/chest day?

    Because technically... Theya re already worked those day. That is just a secondary direct workout.

    personally i think its a myth that you should train any differently when on steroids, keep to the three day system you are using and you will simply gain faster than you are doing naturally.

    Who is the routine for, if it is anyone your age advise them not to start until at least they are 21

    Agree, I see no reason to change from what a person would normally do when on a cycle. No harm in making a change, I'm not saying that, just no reason to change BECAUSE one is on AAS.

    Heh... Thanks.

    And the guy is 18... He has been training for 3 years though. I know I know everybody will say to young and I've even said it myself but I can't change his mind... His bro did it at 18 and he's ****ing huge, my buddy wnats to do the same. Personally though... I think if someone has had 3 years of training, it's not that bad if they use juice... I mean 18 isn't that young.

    Heh I already know what it would be... But I mean, if a guys set on somthin what can ya do? I tried showin him the site... Cuz last year he wanted me to do it with him but I did my research and decided it wasn't to bright. He's stuck on it now tho.
