Routine q.

Just starting again after some time off due to a stork delivery Time is limited, (MUCH).
I'm doing 1 day gym (home), followed by 1 day cardio, for 6 days and 1 dayoff/cheat day. Trying to gain some mass back, but like most all, trying to drop fat as well... i know it's almost impossible to do both.
On gym days I have about 1 + a little, to trian... I'm doing two body parts, 3-4 sets each, with reps of 10-8-6, and sometimes an additional set of 6.
On cardio days i'm running (jogging) about a 1/2 hour, or doing interval on the tread.
I could use the critique, your time and expertise is MUCH appreciated.

So you're doing three days a week weights with cardio in between. Sounds fine.
What are you doing for each workout?

    whimpy to start...
    chest:
    Flat bench
    Flies
    Decline bench
    Bis:
    Straight bar curl
    Preacher w/ez curl bar
    Hammers
(add in seated dumbell curls when ready)
    --------------------------------------
    Tris:
Kick backs (i HATE them!, i'd love to replace them.)
    seated tri extensions
super set nose crunchers (i dig these, they seem really productive)
    Back:
    bent over rows (barbell)
    bent over rows (dumbells)
    one arm dumbell row
    Legs:
what I call Scardey 'Fraid squat :) It's a squat holding the plate on my chest like a baby.
*** no dead lift, or leg press etc. I work out in my home gym, (basement) and the cieling is very low.
So there it is... fire away! I know it's weak :) Your help is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you
