Rugby Routine Check

Hey guys. Hows my routine for rugby in season?

Monday
Barbell Cleans - 3 Sets of 6 - Consistent weight each set - Add 2.5kg each week
Barbell Incline Bench Press - 3 Sets of 6 - ii - ii
Barbell Bent-over Row - 3 Sets of 6 - ii - ii
Barbel Back Squat - 3 Sets of 6 - ii - ii
Barbell Close Grip Bench Press - 3 Sets of 6 - ii - ii
Dumbell Farmers Walk - 3 Sets of 2 Widths of the gym - ii - ii

Tuesday
Rugby Training

Wednesday
EZ Bar High Pulls - 3 Sets of 6 Reps - Consistent weight each set - Increase 2.5kg each week
Barbell Push Press - 3 Sets of 6 - ii - ii
Wide Grip Chins - 3 Sets of 6 - ii - ii
Barbell Front Squat - 3 Sets of 6 - ii - ii
Dips - 3 Sets of 6 - ii - ii
Dumbbell Hold - 3 Sets of 30 Second Holds - ii - ii

Thursday
Rugby Training

Friday
Core Work

Saturday
Rugby Game

Sunday
Rest

Any advice over sets & reps? Whether to keep a consistent weight each set or to add weight each set. 3 x 6 ok? or a better rep range out there?
