Rump or Serloin???

Can someone help me out i was just wondering which has more protein and more fat in usually...a rump steak or a serloin steak???cheers

    What! I thought rump ass was the fatty bit and sirloin was off a leaner part,I'm going to sue my local Hungry horse,fcuking muppits!

    They're all good. I find a decent rump hard to find so often have sirloin instead unless I feel like splashing out on fillet

    Rare not raw mate ! I like mine to be cooked on the outside but bloody on the inside.

    This thread got me hungry for steak , I'm now cooking a fillet steak and I'm going to have two fried eggs on top
    ps. no chips , potato , salad or veg just steak and egg
