Re:SD cycle dilemma?
Last summer I just completed a 7 week cycle of SD/Epi before going on a weeks holiday. I started PCT about 2 days before leaving for Majorca.
If i could do it again, id do it differently.
I couldnt do any training in the 1st week of PCT, my diet was ok and I didnt do much partying because I was there with the girlfriend, then I got home and it took a few days before i got back into training again. The gains I made were already diminishing after having hardly trained during the first 2 weeks of PCT.
My point is training during PCT is just as important if not more important than when training on cycle in terms of trying to keep gains. Obviously your gonna want to keep all the gains you make and to do this your gonna have to train 100% and make sure your diet is in line.
If your going away on holidays, then relax, take a break from training and pick up where you left off when you get home again.
I know your anxious to do a cycle before uni starts but if your going on holiday then the sensible thing would be to postpone the cycle till you have at least 6 weeks un-interupted, this will allow for the 3 week cycle itself and 3 weeks PCT.

P.S Id imagine playing ball would cause shin pumps, while on SD i used get really bad back pumps from only 20mg per day.
