SI Joint issues

My SI joint has been giving me problems. Anyone a physical therapist? I need to figure out what exercises to do to rehab this. I go to the chiropractor and get it adjusted it feels better but comes back out. Any help is appreciated.

I've had issues with my left and right SI joints... All I could do was rest to be honest, the pain was too much to do anything when it flared up the last time.

All I did was rest, and do lots of hip flexor stretching as I was told that is why my SI joint was strained... Allegedly my super tight hip flexors were the issue.

My chiropractor told me my hamstrings are super tight pulling the joint out.

Interesting...

I would obviously look to improve the hamstring flexibility then as the first port of call. Stretches and foam rolling etc.

I stretch 3x/day now to try and help this issue. I am considering a yoga class. I can tell over time I have lost some flexibility. Plus there are hot women in yoga classes.

It's win win mate.

You don't appreciate how tight muscles can be until you get injured. Good luck pal, keep me posted.
