SLIN users: Creatine??

Just a quicky,

I know alot of people use Creatine with their slin (mxed into their PW shake), but I have also heard others who believe this is not wise.

Would you use Creatine and Glutamine with the slin??

Thanks guys

because of the shuttling effect of the slin imo its best to take creatine with ure carb/protein drink for greater absorbtion.

What did u hear about not running creatine with it and why?

    cheers bro

I love using slin and creatine/glutamine. In one load-up week I put on 15lbs!! I think people get worried about injuries and the lactic acid buffering effect of the regime. Especially on As as well as the aggression can make you push a bit too far. Makes you bloody strong though you cant resist going balls out :)

The theory went that slin and Creatine together may have an 'anti synergistic effect on each other, meaning the combined effect could be less than the sum of the individual effects'.

'If only a certain amount of water can be stored in he cells through each mechanism of action, then the anti synergistic condition would exist'.

Doesnt sound quite right to me....

    Thanks tbip2001
