SOCCER

hey guys what' sup? how about soccer for sum kick ass cardio, but is it to much? what do u think about it?

    That would depend on nutrition before and after, how long you play for, how intense etc. In general, I would say it is a very good, fun, form of cardio. very much in the HIIT mould IMO.

    I love football but its a bad sport for picking up injuries that could hinder your training (thats if your a very serious Body builder).

    I play quite a good level of football in england but find that i tire quite easy. I play on the wing so i do a lot of running. What would be a good form of exercise to do in order to build up my fitness for this sport.

    I have started doing spinning class (cycling) and was wondering if this would help.

    Try doing something more sport specific ie. something that involves running.

    Being a winger, you are probably going to have to do a bit of sprinting following by slow running or walking for recovery. Your training should be geared this way IMO: sprint intervals (HIIT)
