Re:STRENGTHEN MY KNEES
Sorry for the delay in replying,
They just feel like there is no power in them, it's hard to describe. I think it may just be an overall leg strength problem.
i seem to have developed pattella tondonitis. I've read that this could be to do with poor thigh muscles and also where the knee is week and the knee cap doesn't run in it's natural groove.
I want to do some exercises that will help correct my leg allignment and pul my knees back in to place.
